Grand Central Station, built in 1913, is the largest train station in the world. The “whispering gallery” is located on the “Grand Central Terminal” dining concourse. The acoustics of the low ceramic arches can cause a whisper to sound like a shout!

Grand Central Station (NYC)
Recorded live at The Whispering Gallery of Grand Central Terminal, New York City on April 10, 1988.
